For this role you’ll need to be the sort of person who gets out in the community and listens well to their issues and needs.
You’ll need to be patient and having a thick skin is essential.
You need to be a team player, because if you want something to happen you’ll need at least half the board to agree with you.
But to be honest, practically anyone can apply! Isn’t that strange for a position of such responsibility?
Oh and the pay sucks. By most measures it’s below the minimum wage. Maybe that’s why there’s so few constraints on applicants?
